Stopped working after 7 months
This watch was on for the price. It was the 1st watch I have owned since I was a kid and it was my 1st smart watch ever. I wanted something that tracked my sleep and steps mostly. At the time I paid about $38 with tax, now it’s over $10 more from the same vendor. Some features worked ok on it and some features never worked at all for me. It did seemed to track my steps pretty accurately, but my sleep was so so, sometimes it said I was lightly sleeping when I was clearly awake, and it doesn’t track if you fall back to sleep or if you nap. But that was ok, st least it did help somewhat. The battery lasted days before needing to be charged, almost a week! I liked the watch, it was comfortable enough to wear all day and sleep in. I’m sad it just stopped working and don’t think I would pay $50 for another one.if I pay more I want it to work better and last longer. It was ok for my 2st smartwatch tryout. Now I need to find something godlod now that I know I liked it.

Problème de câble de charge
J’ai perdu le câble de chargement de ma montre connectée. J’en ai acheté par deux fois un autre mais ils ne correspondaient pas. Avez-vous la référence du modèle de câble qui lui correspond.Merci d’avance.

Product was good but no replacement parts
I enjoyed this watch, while it worked. I misplaced the charger and came to the company’s site to ensure I had the correct replacement. I ordered the only charger they offered, and it claimed to be the right one… it definitely isn’t. The watches charger isn’t a standard one, so I’m no longer able to use the watch since I can’t charge it.

This watch is not waterproof
I am on my second version of this watch. It is a very nice watch and exceptional value for the price, however it is not waterproof even though there is a swim app on it. I wore it to the pool because it said it was waterproof and it was not. That was the end of that watch. Now I have to switch to my other waterproof watch when I go into the pool because this one has a small hole on the case which obviously allowed water in and that made the watch stop altogether. I returned that one and have another just like it. It would be much better if it was also waterproof. I see it is still advertised as waterproof but it is not. I have been using my other waterproof watches for years but they don’t have a swim app. It does however gives me a reading for steps when I am swimming lengths.
